The discussion focused on the process of Social Security Disability, the roles of the employer, insurer, employee and attorneys, and how workers’ comp cases are resolved. The accident case and the traditional lawsuit for medical bills, wage loss and pain and suffering and how the accident case coordinates with the workers’ comp was discussed as well as double compensation cases where employers are willfully or recklessly responsible.
