Social Security with Attorney Robert L. Noa – Part One

Attorney Robert L. Noa, co-host of “Talking about the Law” enjoyed a spirited conversation on Sunday June 9, 2013 on WCRN 830 AM Radio. “Talking about the Law” was created by Attorney Robert Flynn, a Framingham personal injury accident attorney to deepen the public’s understanding of legal issues in their lives.

Attorney Noa’s office focuses on SSDI cases as well as disability cases. Over the course of time, people who work can have various forms of disability, such as programs for short-term disability and long-term disability benefits, which are more often than not provided for by an employer. Those who are self-employed may have their own. State employees have regular retirement, but they also have two other disability problems which are disability retirement programs (which don’t look at how you are disabled) as well as accidental disability retirement (ADR).

Social security disability is for serious or long-term disabilities that are suffered by anyone by any source. Social security is more than the administration that gives the modest monthly retirement check. Social security administration also oversees the administration of a broad of disability programs which come in two types. There is disability insurance benefits (DIB) or social security disability (SSD). To hear the first segment of this show listen to the audio above.

Attorney Robert Flynn represents accident victims in Worcester, Framingham and Boston.
